How Do You Schedule a Workday?
Lane is a police officer in the southern United States. He has done well to maintain a good level of strength, condition and overall fitness despite having a wild schedule working on night. Lane: I'm five eight two ten with about 16% body fat. You'r 16 % bonny fat at five, eight two ten 's pretty good. And my main goal is to be well rounded and ready for anything. That's always a tough question to answer.
