Do I Pull My Hamstring When I'm Running?
I haven't done aggressive sprinting work in a long time and I feel like if I just tried to jump into sprints right now I'm asking for trouble. Don't pull my hamstring got it there's a simple way to do this right. Do mellow uphill sprints okay so not talking about trying to find steepest real in your neighborhood but finding a 1 to 3 percent grade and sprint uphill because nowYour stride isn't as far out in front of you and it's a much safer way to put high intensity work in i-pod.
