Clementine Morgan says cancel culture uses harassment to force other people to make the same choices that they're making. "A lot of people take part in these cancellation campaigns passively because they're just like, I don't want to be harassed," she said. A site-specific intervention would be for a person who stole money from an AA meeting to lose their position as treasurer and never get it back.
