Do You Think It's Better to Quantify It or Not?

Physiologically, i think it probably is more useful to think in terms of sessions. You know, the entire per of time is going to be changed by that big harmona response if you work at really high intensity. So sometimes it's appropriate to use heartrate to kind of see how things are looking. And sometimes i think its appropriate to just put the training sessions in categories, or, in a way, in boxes and then add it up over time.
