The old three sport athlete was a lot better prepared than the single sport athlete for dealing with injuries and avoiding injuries. So many of our runners, when we look at them, are very tight around their i t bands, or tighten their low back. Theyw they haven't done the kind of cross training that we would love them to do. And part of our mission is to teach them how and and show them how to stay healthy and cover.
