In some of the phases where i may be focusing on a little more speed work from a target phase. There's oftentimes, like easy runs and lower impact runs that are between those sessions. You're giving your body a break in that regard as you're just using different, different muscula turea. Race walking is a lot more glut mead, because it's a lot more sort of control versus versus power in that movement.
