The Social Dysfunction of the Black Community

Black families in the 40s and 50s had higher rates of broken homes than white people, but they weren't nearly as high as they are now. This is basically a social decision that's made. The sexual revolution and the civil rights movement of the 50s and 60s decided that yeah, we just don't, we're not caring anymore. We might have already called up to that point.
