The Pros and Cons of a Good Partnership With an AE

The one thing I would say is bad about the part and model is if an SE gets stuck with not necessarily a bad AE, but an AE that they do not click with. And becomes a hard relationship. The other con would be just territory, right? What if you get stuck with a territory that's not performing no matter how big you know how much you try? There's definitely some cons,. But this is where good leadership comes in play. Make sure to take input, bear people right, change alignments, make people happy in their jobs. That should be the as the leader number one priority.
