Nautilus always suggested that you do the largest muscles first and the smallest last. You don't want to do those at the end of your workout when you're already tired from other things. Smaller muscle groups are going to interfere with or impede your ability to work larger muscles. The neck is a very delicate situation, particularly when it comes to the neck training.
