I'm always focused on the athlete's performance first because if you like one or two kilos from supplementing creatine and you're a climber suddenly your performance is worse. I would want excuse me to make sure that we didn't get 0.05 kind of fluke with an experiment which happens so much with certain experiments. There are different proprioceptive things that reaction time but anyways what i'm getting at is like doing an audit every so often of being like what are the big movers here? And why are we approaching it just because someone else said itLet's actually test it and try or if we can't test it let's actually have a good reason for why
