Menopausal Women - Is Fasting a Good Option?

Fasting can absolutely be a part of working out and maintaining. And it could be as simple as 12 to 13 hours. In conjunction with a conversation with your healthcare practitioner, I think this is very important. If you feel good in a fasted state, I think that's fine. But if our body is already over stressed, you can't push the envelope. So on days I lift heavy, I actually break my fast earlier. You have to like lean into what your body is telling you.
