If you're not exercising a ton, 100 to 130 grams of carbohydrates is probably all you need. Fat has nine calories per gram canonically, there's just no way for me to not have fat be the majority of calories in my diet. Tallow, butter, ghee and fatty meats are good sources of fats. Seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners should be removed from your diet.
