i want to be careful about not you know saying corporations are people too but i'm kidding of course. An organization has its own personality and that means it has a current personality and an ultimately a future personality one bit of research that i think is really relevant here is that when when you get CEOs or you know executives to sort of do a time traveling exercise the letters that they write end up being more vivid and more emotional and more concrete. Those are types of things that can you know help employees and help members of an organization feel more committed moving forward right so i think there's a lot of room to be done there and there's a lot of work that needs to be tackled um
