i think that bringing awareness to is we will have self regulation kind of habits, whether or not we realize it. For some people it might be drinking a glass of wine or beer at the end of the day. Scrolling through social medium, for example, is a way to self regulate as well. And i tell my clients to, like, w we we map it all out, and then they've got it all written out.
