Al: We take a look at our matrix, and we report out on metrix weekly and monthly. I love the unique visitor metric, because that tells me how many really new people are coming into the community. The number of messages sent between usors is another one i like to see every month. Al: As long as that's continuing to be something that is not going down, then that's perfect for me.
