The Dangers of Overloading Sports

We don't have lifting programs or safe lifting programs for kids in broadly across schools around the world. We can try and mitigate that by having multiple sports. But then all that does is increase the overall volume because they're playing four times for this team, three times for that team and then doing another three hours of training. And I think that's the danger here is that we can overload without capacity.
