There is research into celery juice. There's also not anything that would indicate that this needs to be research. If there was a study on this that didn't find an effect, you know what would happen? People would either ignore it, or they would quibble with the methodology. We always have to remember that as honourable as the pursuit of science is, it doesn't exist on plane above humans. Science is a human pursuit, not the fully independent impartial process. To run studies labs need money, and that doesn't always come from the most honest or impartial sources.
