The narrative marketing is not a phrase I've ever heard before and I'm not sure my audience is familiar with this. Narrative marketing is really using story to communicate marketing messaging. It's how do you invite customers into a story that they get to be a part of? No, it's actually not it's been studied for a long time. The PhD itself is in communications and then you kind of pick the area that you're going to study.
