Anxious thoughts cause us to obsess and mentally do thought loops around them. One big sort of subiesd thought pattern yu would have when you're anxious is catastrophizing. Your mind goes to the worst possible cases in ario, and it plays out for you in your mind like a horro movie on repeatd. And that becomes the idea that this is going to happen because i've thought it now. We kind of take on that thought as if it's absolute tru awe run it over and over again,. Then our anxiety gets worse and worse and worse.
