The Cost of Burnout
In Australia, we all have four weeks of annual leave that is not enough. And it's really important that you actually take that annual leave every year to prevent burnout. A lot of people will find that they become so focused on their work that they are neglecting basic needs like proper nutrition and preparing food for themselves.
