Focus Made - I Don't Have a Perfect Mind

I think I've really cultivated a lot of good habits around like deeply focusing on my work. And I find myself really, really engaged with the work I am fortunate enough to be able to do. So that's where this focus made thing comes in where you can do like a focus made just to get over that initial aversion at the start of your day. The better we're able to focus, the less negative our self talk is shown to be. As soon as you stop focusing because something has gone wrong, right? There's disruption.
