Do You Have a Culture of Employees Taking Vacation?

I think it's important for people to be able to make their own minds up about what hours are most effective. I would want to see people in higher right position sort of allowing that behaviour and showing it, kind of demonstrating it themselves. And so it's, you know, part of taking vacation is tes starting with just taking the night off. One a group that we really haven't addressed at all is sort of blue collar laborers, et cetera. You know, don't those front line laborers need it the most?
