Professional training is endurance training so I think that's probably worth unpacking for the audience because you know not only in terms of overlapping adaptation but just in terms of being time crunched. A lot of people like doing that kind of stuff as a substitute for long endurance for I'd see though obviously they're not exactly one-to-one exchangeable this actually connects to the what Frank Overton ultimately dubbed sweet spot and what I was trying to explain at a USA coaching cycling education clinic at Yale one time.
