In the beginning, Argus was paying out 80 percent of sales and had one store. The challenge was that we really had to execute perfectly with no problems or no breakdown of equipment every year. And so at the end of, I think the second year, we had a discussion with our farms and said, you know, we're really on thin ice here at those. They were unanimous in their support. So it's been a natural thing and nobody's left because we went to a 70, 30 model and it's actually, it seems pretty sustainable at that level.
