Are Stalt to Inhibitors Still Your Favorite?
Stalt to inhibitors do have a little bit of a potassium lowering effect, which is great. Still, another balancing interaction that we have to be mindful starting an astelty to inhibitor on a patient whois already on a diaretic. And because there is a bit of a diaratic effect to the strialty two inhibitors, i often, especially in patients who have a low luke diaratic requirement, will often decrease the diaratic dose or cut it completely.
