The Future of Functional Nutrition

I've become kind of this figure of being very middle between body positivity and functional nutrition. I see a lot of the people who have bounced between two and then they come for that, that soft landing place. In ways of that's kind of my sweet spot is finding how do we preserve someone's relationship with food and still pursue health goals? Because we can't be afraid of food. It's super dangerous for us to be afraid ofFood especially foods that are healing for us. Since kind of the pandemic started, I'm seeing so much more reflux and anxiety are two conditions I'm seeing related.
