Respectful Corridors - It's Impossible to Enforce
Always got to have something that you can implement because otherwise all you're doing is telling the kids that you'd like respectful corridors but you're not actually going to get them. Never ask a child to get a top grade at GCSE if that's just not within his capacity. If he's disabled and he can't climb the steps don't ask him to climb the steps. There needs to be absolute clarity so there needs to be consistency from the staff.
