The Difference Between Real Fatigue and Fake Fatigue
When athletes taper, they almost always include a few bouts of high intensity exercise for short durations right before the race. This is to kind of wake up the system from hibernation. If you're tired all the time and i've never givin myself that opportunity to rest, then you might actually need a rest. Rest meaning like sleep, really shutting things down. I don't what i mean by rest is not like tuning out from all the the notifications. That's something that i think we should just do all the time, to the extent that we can.
