The program really is focused on the mind and heart. a person's goals might be in terms of their weight or their bodies but actually the mind is probably the most underrated tool that we have in order to change our lives. I'll also look at when I'm working with individuals we will of course look at nutrition going through principles to help improve the quality of their the food that they're eating. We'll look at their movement and how much exercise you're doing and I'll then apply the science of habit in order to help them to build more activity into their into the lifestyle. A lot of us eat while we're scrolling on our phone through social media watching TV even chatting to other people
