Is There a Better Way to Use Mouth Tape?

Potgask and iv gave it to us. It certainly sounds better than the onesat rene. And i were sent this tape that is in the shape of lips. Sounds likecute branding, really horrible for wearing through the night. The one that james an esteraname recommended was like surgical tape,. Like, when you put that on, like, it hurts kind of when it comes off. There's some good options out there other than three m surgical tape... but they are quite expensive comparatively.
