Sleep is one of the most underrated things on the planet. If you're working ten times harder to get the results that you normally can get with little energy, your body's telling you. I'd go to bed at 12 o'clock and i'd wake up at five 30. The recovery is not, i'll catch up on the week end. When you get sleep deprived chronically, you also weaken your immune system.
