Cal has changed his mind about how much muscle he needs to get bigger. He's now working on getting more specific in his training, including doing Planche pushups with near lockout. Cal also says that if you see someone who's really good at something, just take confidence in the fact that they're not good at everything and they're human like the rest of us.
