When I added vitamin D, it was the first time I saw scores plummet. 700 becomes 400 or something like that. Small LDL is now zero down from maybe 1800 or 2400 to virtually obliterated. Grains and sugars cause small LDL particles? That science was clear even 20-some years ago. Don't eat any grains. And yet when you do the opposite, don't cut your fat.
