Do You Have Any Questions?

A lot of people take it very literally and so they'll say, okay, after five minutes, I'm going to ask, are there any questions? That is the wrong way to engage because you're giving the floor to the other side. It's too easy in that scenario to say yes or no. So the way that I like to phrase these moments of engagement is to draw from either what you have said earlier in the conversation or what I'm Showing You.
