I could relate so much when you talked about, you said the difference between exercise and movement. The often exercises the way that we shame ourselves. And it's all the pain that's... And we don't choose it. It just sticks. Do you still struggle with it? I'm like, yes. And I catch it a lot sooner. So I might lose a minute of joy to rumination and self doubt versus like a month which could have been in the past. But again, that's not a reflection of my worth.
