How to Write Down Your Criticisms, Objectives and Solutions

It's so much harder to whimp out of saying what you need to say if you've actually written it down for yourself beforhand. Accept the fact that you may not have a solution to offer right in the moment. If you don't consider asking the person whom you're working with if he or she can work on finding solutions with you, you can't come up with the solution together. Sometimes things seem so clear in your head, and then you start talking to somebody else, and you realize you got, you got aways to go.
