Ithik has almost 600 active clients, which is phenomenal. retention is an area that i feel we have the most improvement to make within our organization. We use click up on relationship check points and how we're building the relationship with the clients. In the executive programme, they are hiring their own executive concierge. They've launched a daily support call where members can ask any question about anything that they want. And it's really starting to become a master mind effect at this point.
