I feel so passionately protective of anger as a feeling. I think there is something about the fact that women typically, and it's a generalization, but often have been taught to favor other feelings when in distress. And they had good right to be scared. Some of the men that I work with, they might have been maybe permitted a feeling of anger growing up. But actually society now is more and more telling them they're not allowed to feel angry either. So we need to get back to understanding what anger is - which is a super healthy unit of energy for change.
