We all digest food at a different rate. And we also digest different foods at different rates. When I go to sleep earlier, I can literally hear the peristalsis. I can hear my stomach grumbling and you know, it's working. So I strive to make sure the foods I choose late in the day are going to work fast and be down stream before I hit the pillow. That's just whatI do. That's me. Oh, okay. Somebody go get brought like we didn't eat that way historically through evolution. We ate what we had until it was gone. And then we moved on to something else.
