You can consume carbohydrates like pre and intra workout u as a way to kind of overcome that. There are some older studies that show that people who consume cacarbohydrate in this phase, versus gnaw, they actually had improved performance times compared to that of the first half of the month. And then it goes right back into your period week. So then your hor mons fall again, and we do it all over again. I think there's more fear mongering around this week of the month than there is about even the period week any more. You should manage your controllables before anything else.
