If there was one company itit would have been sales aloft, because of the culture that they had built. Ithink this goes back to kind of where we started, which was the values, the pace of this. It starts with making sure that you're reallyl really clear about your values and what you stand for as a company, and then as an organization and as an individual. If all that lines up, then you're right, people will run through walls.
