How to Make Revenue Synergies When You Don't Need the CRO

If it's as simple as this is another thing your sales force is going to be selling, then you may be able to come up with a simplified assumption. I would still bring in the CRO. The difference is if it's more complicated than that, you think you can get revenue synergies. It's not just how much of this can you sell, but how much of the other stuff can you sell because we have this and our competitors don't have this? That's why I say if it's that kind of a hypothesis, you need the CRO involved at the outset. No amount of diligence is going to eliminate inaccuracies in your projection model.
