The police in this country are institutionally racist, and also classic, they see themselves as a thin blue line between chaos and anarchy and order. They see themselves basically as keeping their anarchic poor at bay. This just sums up again, it doesn't it? It's the nature of one rule for them, one rule for everybody else. And that is all I have to say about my Hancock's latest humiliation.
