How to Do More Heavy Sets in a Workout
You can't do more than maybe ten ish really heavy sets in a workout. This is not including warm up sets. So if you start off the work out with three sets of five, that's great. But then i will go home and want to eat thing in sight and sleep for ten hours. And so keep that mind.
