The Trance of Unworthiness
We get identified with the surface, and we forget really who's looking through. One of the trances that i think's most predominant is what i call the trance of unworthiness. And it's probably the most pervasive trance where we tell ourselves a lot of stories about what's wrong with us. We end up trying to avoid the feelings with the dict ive behaviour. It's very hard to take risks at work because we don't trust ourselves and we think fall short. These negative beliefs and feelings end up keeping us really imprisoned.
