How to Overcome Jet Lagging

There is no cure for jetlak, but there are some treatment, some hacks that you can actually implement. Don't sleep in the last half of a long transatlantic flight and avoid alcohol and caffine on the flight. Light exercise and a timed feeding are your friends. If you go out in the afternoon it's fine to get daylight - just don't wear shades. The best way to reset your biological clock is by eating at regular meals when everyone else is hungry.
