The cheapest meat dish at Prashuta is $98, according to the restaurant's website. "For chicken parms and a nice restaurant, that seems like market right now," he says. The menu doesn't tell him how big the fillet of steak is; it could be between two and two-and-a-half times the price of the chicken.
