Is Kafine a Stimulant?

Kafine is a stimulant. Some people can't take a dose after a certain time, or reffects their sleep. Where others could take it two hours beforehand. I have patients who will drink a cup of coffee an hour before they go to sleep,. They say they're more able to focus on just falling asleep. And so i would sort of keep your own data around it.
