i think isometrics are great in terms of like it takes away a bit a little bit alittle bit of the thinking it takes away. i do see and i know you have ployos in your program and i would obviously use ployos with all my patellar tendon clients but i do see a lot of people who actually get success just making the quads a shit on stronger and progressively loading them, they seem to go back to sport even if they skip a really good plyometric program. I don't often see that with the Achilles at all okayYeah yeah i've seen that with the the soleus like just whatever you jog or sprint like just blowing up with the the demands
