The Value of Having a Variety of Exercises

If these exercises are at all useful at any point, you don't want to introduce them for the first time when someone's aready relatively well trained. Having this exposure to wide variety of lifts, wide variety of movement patterns a early on will be more beneficial. I think that's kind of underlook too, for a lot of people. Are overlooked, is like the value of having the skill intof al theys exercise n your arsenal. Because now, if you decide that this is an excrise that will benefit us right now, we should do it a if that ramp up time to get to that point where it's effective is extended by several weeks.
